The 2nd International Workshop on Education Technology and Computer Science (ETCS2010) will be held on 6-7 March, 2010 in Wuhan, China. ETCS2009 has been indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP. The ETCS2010 has been included in IEEE conference database.The workshop will bring together the top researchers from Asian Pacific nations, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange their research results and address open issues in Education Technology and Computer Science. ETCS2010 will be published by IEEE Computer Society's CPS. PAPER SUBMISSION

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a full paper for review by 30, Oct. 2010 Word or PDF format. Papers will be accepted based on peer review and should contain original, high quality work. Claims and results should be substantive enough to be further developed as quality work. All papers must be written in English. Submit a standard paper should not succeed 4 pages (Paper Template, 8.5" x 11", two columns IEEE format), including figures and references with 10-12 point font. At same time, authors with accepted papers should submit signed IEEE Copyright Form (DOC, PDF) to IEEE. Helpful information for paper formatting can be found on the IEEE Authors Tools. All accepted papers will be presented in oral sessions or poster sessions.
